SalesOutlook,
Inc. uses the
GoTo
Meeting service offered by Citrix Systems, Inc. to
collaborate online with customers and partners.GoTo Meeting offers a
reliable, safe and secure way for up to
10 people to join the meeting organizer in an online
collaboration workspace. It offers remote
application sharing along with the ability for
SalesOutlook, Inc. staff to remotely access
your computer to aid in training and troubleshooting of
technical issues.
To join SalesOutlook in an online meeting, obtain the
Meeting ID and conference call dial-in information from
your SalesOutlook representative. Then, just click
the link to
attend a SalesOutlook Web Conference. In the
window that displays, click the Join a Meeting button
appearing on the left-hand side of the screen and follow
the instructions.
You will be prompted to download and install the GoTo
Meeting client software from Citrix System, so you must
have the ability to install this software in order to
attend an online conference with SalesOutlook, Inc.
