"I can't believe how much functionality you guys have added since the version that BP Solvay was on -- wow. I'm very impressed!"

I have been looking at Microsoft CRM and reading newsgroup posts. MSCRM has a lot going for it but has a couple of major flaws. The first is the lack of a feature to generate letters from within the CRM application. It is possible to do this with Email but most SME users will still rely heavily upon traditional written letters to send to contacts and accounts. Since the basic processes are incorporated in the mailmerge feature I can't understand why the developers have not gone the extra mile and allowed the document generation for single users. Anyone should look at SalesOutlook to see how it should be implemented.

SalesOutlook CRM Is People's Choice

Once Again SalesOutlook CRM Is Named The People's Choice In 2004

SalesOutlook CRM - Finding, selling and servicing leads, prospects, customers and partners has never been easier! (Logo)

Roswell, GA - 5/21/2004

SalesOutlook, Inc., developers of Common Sense CRM tools for Microsoft Outlook, Office, Outlook Web Access and Windows Mobile Devices, today announced it received official notification that it once again won the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) category of the 2004 People's Choice Awards.

The People's Choice Award is an annual award, and its winners are determined by which products receive the highest number of votes at MSD2D.com, an online community devoted to Microsoft technologies like Exchange Server, SharePoint, SQL Server, .NET in addition to more general topics like XML and Security.  Since a software product provides specific services, and since there are a wide variety of products designed to address a multitude of needs, the People's Choice Awards are broken down into multiple categories and classifications.  For the second time in just three years, SalesOutlook CRM received the most votes for Customer Relationship Management software designed to run on Microsoft Exchange Server and was named The People's Choice for Customer Relationship in 2002 and then again in 2004.

When asked why SalesOutlook CRM is so popular, SalesOutlook, Inc. responded: "Today, executives realize that in order for CRM technology to really benefit them, their customers and their bottom line they must adapt it to seamlessly integrate with their strategies, business processes and existing technology infrastructure" explains Gary Cawley, Chief Software Architect and CEO of SalesOutlook, Inc.  He continues, "The open nature of SalesOutlook CRM and its access to source code and form designs make it very attractive to those who discover that their real business needs will never be met 'out of the box' no matter which CRM software they buy."

"There are several other factors that contribute to the success of SalesOutlook CRM," suggests Craig Woirhaye, Vice President of Business Development for SalesOutlook, Inc. and author of several articles and white papers on Customer Relationship Management.  Mr. Woirhaye adds, "While customization is very important to some, to others it's not necessary.  However, everyone is interested in buying easy to use tools that offer power, speed and help them get the job done faster and with less effort.  People like SalesOutlook CRM because it offers these things and it runs inside Microsoft Outlook and Office, so for the user, its like using a turbo-charged version of Microsoft Office."

When asked what it means to have SalesOutlook CRM recognized as the Best of CRM two of the last three years in the annual People's Choice Awards competition, Nick Latsos, Vice President of Sales for SalesOutlook, Inc. responded, "I think it's just great!.  This shows that our message of 'Common Sense CRM' is really starting to make its way into the market.  CRM software doesn't have to be expensive or complex; it has to do the job.  And, it has to do it in a way that increases productivity and responsiveness while leveraging existing infrastructure and skill sets.  That's what the Common Sense CRM concept is all about.  Being named The People's Choice for CRM two out of three years tells me that SalesOutlook CRM is a 'must-see' when it comes to CRM software.  It should be on everyone's short list!"

SalesOutlook CRM is one of the first products to ever provide the ability to use Microsoft Outlook for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) applications when it was introduced in 1998.  Today, SalesOutlook CRM remains a leader in the Outlook CRM Software market.  Please contact SalesOutlook, Inc. or your authorized SalesOutlook CRM Reseller for pricing, product information or to obtain evaluation software.
